Why can't users from the Russian Federation get to my site?
Users from Russia cannot access my site. I took vps on digitalocean, googled it, it turns out they really have such troubles, but there is no answer how to solve them.
Has anyone encountered such a problem? Ukrainians enter the site calmly, for example, but from different regions of the Russian Federation it doesn’t work at all, “waiting time exceeded”

Check ip DO on the rkn website, if blocked, change the droplet
