Why can't the "Teamlab Office Server Mail Service" service start?

During installation, I get a message about insufficient rights to start the "Teamlab Office Server Mail Service" service.
The installation is running from an administrator account.
Win Server 2008. I am not strong in administration, I could not do some necessary manipulations.
Help, please, with problem elimination.
