We have an Oktell server with Megaplan integration. In telephony, communication breaks constantly occur, or one does not hear the other person. We found out that 36% of packets are lost on the way from the server to the megaplan. IP belongs to Rostelecom in Vologda, if I'm not mistaken. How to be? How can this be fixed?
