Completion of scheduled tasks when the user logs out, what should I do?

Recently, some misunderstandings have begun on the server, I can’t understand what they are caused by, maybe someone has met with something similar, the situation is as follows
: there is a bat that starts the java process and hangs until it is killed,
there is a task in the task sheduller that starts this process under userA
there is userB, who logs in via RDP to the server and starts this task
, the problem is that if userB ends the session, all the tasks that should have been hanging under userA will fall,
how this can be and how these 2 users are connected is not clear :( Previously, there was no such problem, it appeared presumably after adding another task.

Make sure the task does not have the "Run when logged on" checkbox selected.
