Why can't the phone turn on?

An update came, I clicked update, the phone rebooted after the update downloaded and got stuck on the power-up window. I press the shutdown button, it just reboots and again it gets stuck in the same picture with the emblem. I cleared the phone through the recovery menu, but alas, nothing has changed :( What should I do? Phone xiaomi redmi 4 a
