Why can't the flash drive be read?

Hello everyone I
have a flash drive, a regular USB 2.0, type NTFS
I used it both on a poppy and on Windows
Today I recorded music from Windows on it, connected it in the car (Skoda, new), it says that the device "cannot be read" or something like that and the files are not displayed. I connected another flash drive with music - it was seen.
What could be the problem?
