Why can't postgresql access the private key file?

When starting posgresql I get the following error:

could not access private key file "/etc/ssl/private/ssl-cert-snakeoil.key": Permission denied

I tried to give rights up to 777 to this file and the private directory, I also tried different combinations of changing the group and user of this file, this error still crashes.

PS in fact, I have access to this file for reading (well, for everything else too) because.
