[WinError 10053] An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine?

I run a project locally and sometimes I get errors like this. I use windows, postgres, in some places I access the database through the cursor. Some resources say that you don’t have to worry, and all this is due to the fact that everything is raised directly on the machine or something else.

What is the nature of the error in general and should we be afraid of it?
