Transferring a database from Access to MySQL or PostgreSQL using Python, which libraries are the easiest to do this?

The question arose of transferring a database from a slow and clumsy Access to a normal database, preferably a free one, I was just learning to work with Python, and an excellent task presented itself. I want to ask experienced toaster growers which libraries are easier and more correct to solve this problem.

MS SQL Server Express is free. You can import a database from MS Access using built-in tools.
