There are two Domino servers, one of them is designed for the Traveler service. Everything was fine until one major accident, as a result of which the servers went out of power for several hours. After turning it on, we observe the following picture: mail from mobile devices leaves without problems, but new letters are not downloaded to mobile devices. If you restart the server - a few minutes after the start, new letters are downloaded to the mobile and everything that came after this moment is not downloaded again.
Everything is beautiful in the web server logs, events 200 OK. tell traveler status does not say anything bad either, the output of information on individual users is also supposedly all good and wonderful.
By all indications, some kind of ambush between the traveler and the main mail server.
