Which email client has a web interface?

I have a bunch of mailboxes on various popular mail servers. On most, forwarding to one, the main one, is configured. This is not convenient, because when you need to answer a letter, you have to go to a specific box and write, otherwise the address of the main one is lit.
The thought occurred to me that it would be nice to install a separate mail client on your server, create all accounts on it, and be able to connect to it via the web interface in order to immediately see all the mailboxes. And if there is also a mobile application for it ... oh dreams.
But what email clients can do that? The OS doesn't matter.

Organize the collection of mail, not forwarding. Then, when answering, the address will be selected automatically, depending on which mailbox the letter was received on. Mail.Ru at the same time preserves the folder structure collected from the server.
+ The Mail.Ru interface allows you to directly log in to any mailbox (for example, Gmail or Yandex) and switch between them, i.e. works as a web interface between the user and the IMAP server. There is no need to set up mail collection - perhaps this mode will be more convenient.

I use Google - a couple of boxes are connected, you just choose on behalf of which box to send. I think in Yandex also.

Almost all e-mail providers allow access via IMAP.
Take any modern email client, add all your mailboxes and send mail, choosing the one you need.
Many have the setting to send from the box where it came.
Why do you need a web client?

The UNIX way is when each program does its own thing - so the web face to the mail client is usually a separate program. The exception is megacombines such as Zimbra, Horde and the like. Horde, for example, is a giant mega-supercombine that has everything, but it's all ugly and slow. Well, at least it was like that when I last saw him, though it was quite a long time ago, maybe things have changed since then
