Good afternoon! The bottom line is that the poppy does not see the external HDD.

I connect it to a poppy, the control lamp on the disk is on, the disk has a vibration, but it does not see it .. Another laptop on Windows sees it.
Maybe someone faced a similar problem? I still sin on the fact that I lost the original disk adapter and bought an analogue.

HDD - Transcend 1Tb.

Check file compatibility. If there is NTFS, but you don’t, then I don’t know
