Why can't Icomoon see svg icons?

Good day!
Using the Adobe Extract service, I received a set of custom icons in svg format from a psd layout.
I wanted to make an svg sprite out of this set using Icomoon . Made an upload of these icons on Icomoon ; but the latter shows the zero size of these icons.
Tried to make svg sprite using gulp-svgstore plugin . The sprite was made and I connected it to the HTML page for further reuse with the use directive -

However, the result is still the same - the browser (in my case FF) does not display anything on the page (I mean - does not display icons).
Tell me, what could be the reason?

Maybe there is something wrong with the filter.
I tried to remove the filter attribute from the image tag and the ruble icon was displayed.
