Why can't I reconnect to Hyper-V Server 2012 R2 Manager?

Hello.
There is Hyper-V Server 2012 R2 Core. Everything works fine, except for one moment. If you disconnect Hyper-V Manager from the server for more than 5-10 minutes, then when you try to reconnect, it writes an error: "RPC server is not available."
You can only reconnect after a server restart. On the server, the service is up and running.
Tell me what could be the problem? Thank you.

The problem went away after reconfiguring the virtual switch.
