Why can't I push a github repository?

Hello, I have the following situation. Moving from bitbucket to github. Push throws the following error:

Scanning repository directory, no such vendor.zip file exists.
Tell me, please, what could be the matter, what kind of file is this and how to make a successful push to github . Thank you in
