Why can't I install Elementary OS?

I decided to put linux as the second system next to windows 10, on a laptop with UEFI. They advised Elementary OS. At first everything went smoothly, I installed it on a USB flash drive using Rufus and started installing it on a laptop, but it so happened that I turned off the laptop before the installation was completed. I decided to try from the beginning, having previously removed the volume from Windows occupied by Linux. In the BIOS, ubuntu appeared in the startup order and when I put it first, gnu grup is launched with the command line. When I run the installer from the flash drive again, it starts thinking for a long time after each click further (it didn’t happen the first time) and when it comes to starting the installation, when you click on the “start installation” button, it starts thinking and after 40 minutes it completely freezes .

@Sabadon

It seems I figured it out, I launched it from a flash drive and gave it the pci=nomsi startup parameter and everything went fine
