How to run a Docker container in your own namespace environment?

Hello!
I asked myself to increase the security of my container.
I decided that one of the tasks for solving this goal is:
- launching a container in its namespace environment.
I ask for help in the implementation. Reading the man page did not help to put into practice the launch of services inside the container not from under root.
