Why can't I hear the caller when transferring a call?

asterisk 11.21.2
freepbx 13.0.195.26
Trunks have directmedia=no
NAT is disabled in freepbx
Incoming calls work fine, everything works fine, but as soon as some people start to transfer this incoming call to some internal group, such things happen there: they pick up the phone and do not they hear those who were transferred to them (or they begin to hear later), until they hear the second one starts ringing in this tube in parallel, pick it up and hear the call normally (for example, the transfer goes to group 3000, which includes 3001 and 3002, respectively, they first took 3001 and they don’t hear, then they took 3002 and everything is ok). Also, the one who is being transferred may also not hear anything until they take the second device.
in the CLI at this moment (when the transfer has passed) and the person who was transferred does not hear anything:
ERROR[29506][C-00001453]: func_global.c:215 shared_write: Channel 'SIP/3707-00001951' not found! Variable 'BLKVM' not set to ''.
Otherwise, there are no problems with telephony. Outgoing works great.
I also noticed that the problem is more often when transferring with the Transfer button, and not with the "##" code
