Why can't I finish uploading items to iCloud?

Hello everyone
I bought a place in iCloud, there is free space. Constantly in the Finder it is lit that the unloading of objects, but it does not move.

Did someone have a similar problem?

it was so. Helped log out/log in to icloud settings.
