Why can't I export a 2.5 hour video?

I'm trying to export edited video from Premier Pro for 2.5 hours.
When exporting media content to Premier Pro, I get the following errors (screenshots), and when I try to export to Adobe Media Encoder, I get a warning that 1 element from the video is not available (although it is available) and it exports something endlessly.

Videos up to 40 minutes are exported without problems, but here is the problem. I can't figure out what the problem is. Help pliz who fumbles.

Specifications of my computer:
8GB RAM
i3 9100F
SSD 250, HDD 1TB
Radeon RX 550 Series graphics card

1. I have 8GB of RAM in my netbook, I use it purely to sit in the browser. What installation on 8gb...??
2. The percentage is weak.
3. Do you have enough space on your PC for cache + final file?
