Hello. I uploaded several video files to Yandex.Disk and sent a link to the folder to my brother. And as it turned out, on his computer he can neither view the videos nor download them individually or the entire folder together. When you try to view online, a black player window opens and that's it. When you click on the "Download" and "Download archive" buttons, nothing happens. And such a problem in three different browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, IE). Java updated, Flash did not want to be updated, as it is built into Chrome. I disabled all kinds of ad-flash and other blockers. Antivirus too. In addition, I checked the performance of the site on several computers at home - there are no problems. The problem computer has a freshly installed Win7. Where to dig? Perhaps you forgot to install something? Thank you.
