Why can't I connect via RDP to the virtualbox virtual machine?

There is a server on the local network on Debian 10 (without guys) ip 192.168.10 Virtualbox
is installed on it
. The guest system is also running with Debian 10, but not installed yet. I want to hook into rdp to install.
