Why can't I connect to the local ftp server using the built-in NAS tools?

Good afternoon! There is a QNAP D1 NAS, a D-Link DIR300 router and a Playstation 3 game console with custom firmware. An ftp server is launched on the console (by means of the webMAN utility), it can be accessed from browsers of various devices on the local network, as well as through the FileZilla client on a PC. The NAS has the ability to connect to remote storages through the built-in FileStation file manager, and everything works when connected to external storages from the Internet, but nothing happens when connected to a local server, that is, the files are not visible, but no errors are generated. There are not a lot of settings in the NAS client, all of them are in the screenshot (there is also the possibility to specify the mount folder and the connection name), on the set-top box you can only set the port, as well as perform the standard network settings indicating the ip address and other such things.

When viewing the connection status - the eternal "connection".

When creating a connection, the set-top box moves the hard drive, that is, there is some kind of connection between them. I repeat, there is access from the browser and the client on the PC.
