Why can't I connect to Quintum AFT800 using Tenor Configuration Manager?

Good afternoon!
There is a problem: I can’t connect to Quintum AFT800 using Tenor Configuration Manager (I get the error "Connection failed. Please check the IP address). The
IP is correct, I can use this IP to connect to the hardware via Telnet.
It would be possible to configure the hardware via Telnet - but I can't find documentation on the CLI of the hardware,
I would be glad if someone came across this gateway and can help me.
