How to remove sound from Yealink SIP-T19P in PC?
There is a Yealink SIP-T19P IP phone , which an employee has. It is necessary to make sure that when switching to a headset, the signal goes to the PC sound card of this employee for further recording and processing. The employee himself does not use the headset (the connector is free).
Those. it looks something like this:
1. A call comes in, a person picks up the phone and talks.
2. At the right time, it translates the signal to the headset output, from where it is sent to the PC.
3. The conversation ends, the handset is hung up.
Do you think it's realistic to use a standard phone headset jack (there seems to be an RJ-11 plug) to implement such a scheme? And if so, how can all this be properly unsoldered (the sound card has mini-jack inputs).
I would be grateful for any ideas.

I suspect that without a pre-amplifier there will be no sense. The signal is very weak there.
But in principle it is possible. Here is the diagram:
1 - Mic Signal
2 - Speaket out 2
3 - Speaker out 1
4 - Mic GND
Accordingly, take 2,3,4 ends and solder to mini-Jack
