Python/Django + VoIP?

Good afternoon!
Good people asked to monitor the issue.
There is a project (python / django) that people wanted to have on their site an interface that received calls from Sip-telephony (which is becoming fashionable now), respectively, which bundle is most often used for python right now, i.e.
the web side is understandable, but here is the sip-sip side, not very mini-sip-telephony sip-telephony, but which ones can you make friends with python?
Would like to hear your opinion!?

you can make friends through the API whatever you want, so it’s better to take care of the quality of the telephony provider
