Why can't I connect to Hyper-V Disk Management?

When I try to connect to disk management via mmc to Hyper-V, I get an error.
The RPC server is not running
Firewall disabled, the remote registry started, the virtual disk service is enabled.
I added the user under which I connect to the groups:
- Hyper-V Administrators
- Administrators
- Remote Management Users
- WinRMRemoteWMIUsers_
What else can I check?
