How to run windows phone emulator?

I have Windows 8.1 x64 in VMWare on an AMD machine.
I want to run the xap file in the windows phone 8 emulator
on the "native" seven and the wp7 emulator, the applications run
in win8, I get the error "The virtual machine management service failed to start the virtual machine "Emulator WVGA 512MB.user", because one of the Hyper-components is not working V (virtual machine ID)

Do you want to throw hardware virtualization into a virtual machine? In general, no way, put the system on a real piece of iron.

I successfully solved the problem by creating a virtual machine step by step according to this article:
