Why can't I connect to Firebird from another network?

There are two networks connected via L2TP and one range is 192.168.0.0/24, and the other is 192.168.1.0/24
So I don’t see the firebird server on port 3050 from the network 192.168.0.0/24.
Though ssh is a samba is.
What could be the problem?
Thanks in advance.

Is the port forwarded through nat?

Offhand, two options are possible - either firebird does not listen on the interface to which you connect,
or some kind of firewall cuts you along the way - on the host itself or on the router along the way.
