How to determine the availability of a printer?

Hello. There are 2 PCs and a network printer. Need to determine which PC will have access to the printer?
1 PC 192.168.168.7 \ 25 Gateway 192.168.168.254
2 PC 192.168.168.117 \ 24 Gateway 192.168.168.254
Printer 192.168.168.227 \ 24 Gateway 192.168.168.254
All 3 devices are connected through a stupid switch to the router 192.168.168.254 \ 24
if PC1 address and the printer will not be available to the gateway from different subnets, pk2 will be available, so that the pk1 printer is available ip address must be from the same subnet with the gateway, right?
But you need to describe in detail how the packets will pass through the network.

@Amigo83

You have a network 192.168.168.0\24 and 192.168.168.0\25. Gateway 192.168.168.254 is not in the network range \25, its range will be 192.168.168.0-192.168.168.127

Read any book on IP addressing or articles on the Internet.
Why do you need a \25 subnet?
