Why can't I change the group policy of windows server 2016?
There are about 70 computers on the network.
On the server PC windows server 2016
Deployed AD.
Started one PC for the test in the domain.
Edited group policy:
- Allow users to connect remotely using Remote Desktop Services
- Allow exceptions for incoming remote desktop messages
(as in this instruction https://vikt0r.blogspot.ru/2011/07/rdp-gpo.html)
As a result, I rebooted the computer that I brought to the domain, in the Remote Desktop Access Settings tab, in the "Remote Desktop" section, it says "Do not allow ...."
The main question: Why do changes on the server in group policy not change them on a PC in the domain?
What confused me:
- The user whose computer I pushed into the domain was called before "user", and the path to the user did not change to "example \ user"
I'm a beginner
