How to install wordpress on windows server 2016 datacenter?

When installing WordPress on Windows Server 2016, an error occurs that it is impossible to connect to the MySQL database.
What could be wrong? I install
all the components as in the textbook:
- IIS with PHP support
- MySQL
- phpMyAdmin -
