Why can't I change some settings through Kaspersky Security Center?

For some reason, I cannot change some settings of the antivirus installed on the remote computer through Kaspersky Security Center. Some controls are "dimmed". What could be the problem? A screenshot of the KSC window is attached.
For example, I want to change the "Enable password protection" option, but the item is not available. You have to remotely cut to the workstation and manually check the box. How to be?

Because you need to change the settings not in the host properties, but through the KES policy, if there is a need to make certain settings for a specific host, it will put this host into a separate managed group and create a policy for it in which you specify the settings you need.
