Does a file appear when you open Toaster?

Opening the toaster recently shows a file loading.
The file is empty, I tried to open it) It doesn't drop out every time.
Is this normal or not?

At first glance, it looks like malware, either at the browser extension level or somewhere deeper in the system.
Perhaps I got it when installing some software that had hidden daws with the Criteo partner in the installer.
There is also an opinion that Criteo is a legitimate targeting banner system. You can try deleting all cookies related to criteo or blacklisting it in your banner cutter.
It is possible that afr.php is reported as a file by mistake on the side of the Criteo web servers, and more often it loads normally in the banner area.
Yes, this seems to be a bug of the Criteo ad network servers and the wrong mime-type from their web server.
There is no way to fix it, except to kill it through AdBlock / uBlock / Ghostery. Most likely Criteo is already on their lists.
If you don't use AdBlock derivatives, you can just add cas.fr.eu.criteo.com as 127.0.0.1 to hosts.
