Why can't I add Nvidia Shield Tablet firmware?

Installed MultiRom from w3bsit3-dns.com site installed the necessary zip files from the same site loaded into the main firmware there are no changes (except for the wipe that I did before installing the whole thing), but when adding a ROM from the recovery it gives an error how to fix it (if possible )? and what is it for anyway?
