What is the right way to start learning cgroup2?

It so happened that only after years of work on Linux. I needed cgroup.
Not much reading on the internet. I realized that the information is mixed.
Since there are two versions of cgroup - 1 and 2. Tell me the resources, but rather the name of the authors.
