Why can't google pages open over https protocol?
For three days now, when I try to enter the mail, in 9 cases out of 10 I see the following message:
Similar messages on the pages accounts.google.com, etc.
But as soon as I disconnect from my home provider and connect the phone as a modem, all pages are slow, but open correctly. I would be eternally grateful if you could help me figure out what's going on.
STREAM's technical support (namely, he is my provider), says that the services are provided in full, and I should call to contact Apple support (!).

Maybe bad people have set up a transparent caching proxy, and it's a little bouncy?
Well, I would collect a packet dump of an unsuccessful attempt and compare it with a successful one.
Maybe the provider is proxying traffic in a tricky way and their settings do not support TLS 1.1? As far as I know, Google is one of the few that have enabled TLS 1.1 support for secure traffic, and a limited number of browsers use it. Safari and Chrome are on this list.
Maybe because it is inconvenient for the provider to read your passwords and letters through SSL, so he blocks it?
In general, I heard something about the fact that browsers sometimes use IPv6 (which no one normally supports, and which is absolutely poorly designed) instead of IPv4. Maybe this is the reason?
