Since Google and other indexing algorithms are kept secret, we cannot know for sure. But from what is known, pseudo-element content is not indexed at all . Proof . However, the rest of the content available to the robot will be indexed normally, and the presence of content in pseudo-elements will not affect the quality of normal content indexing.
