Why can't find the field in VBA?

When you click on the "Change Information" button, it gives an error that it is not possible to access the field, but the field exists .

You just write "Last Name" https://i.imgur.com/QaH59qj.png
And it should be "Last Name_p" https://i.imgur.com/yuhNJ1H.png
