Visual Basic 2013 combobox?

There is a combobox, Items are pre-driven into it, as when printing, or just display the contents of the combobox that the user has selected in the form ???
And yet, is it possible to add several variables to e.Graphics.DrawString(Variable As string , Font, Pen, x, y)??? For example, on the form there is:
TextBox1 and Combobox1 the
user has entered text into them and you need to display these 2 texts in one line using e.Graphics.Drawing()
