Where can I find superscript characters of the alphabet(!) to replace the superscript word font with?

The document contains formulas with indexes like x squared or Um, where m is subscript. You must replace all superscripts and subscripts with the appropriate characters. The collection of Word symbols has sub- and superscript numbers, but almost no alphabet.
I need both superscript and subscript characters of the Latin alphabet and Cyrillic. I wanted to make the necessary symbols myself (or a new font), but there is no time and in general I think someone has already done this. Have you seen the over- and subscript characters of the alphabet somewhere?
PS If I'm asking the wrong question, I immediately apologize)))

ΤΕΧ is a computer layout system developed by the American professor of computer science Donald Knuth in order to create a computer typography. It includes tools for sectioning documents, for working with cross-references. Many consider TeX to be the best way to type complex mathematical formulas. Particularly because of these features, TeX is popular in academia, especially among mathematicians and physicists.
The name is pronounced as "those" (from the Greek τέχνη - "art", "skill")[1]. In writing, the letter E is omitted below T and X. In the program itself, the name is formatted as ΤΕΧ.
