Why can't find a network folder on the local network?

There are 10 computers that share the same network folder. This folder is configured in windows 10.
I can't access the network folder on one computer in any way.
All smb protocols are enabled, network sharing settings are the same as for other computers.
On the network, the computer where the network folder is configured is visible - but it is impossible to connect to it.

@nichvlas

Is the folder set to share with password protection?
In addition to the fact that the computer is visible on the network, check the port from the client:
telnet *ip server* 445
