Why can't extract working video links from all youtube videos?

I extract using: www.youtube.com/get_video_info
For example video links from this video:

http://www.youtube.com/get_video_info?video_id=DT9IBc7qHTA&el=vevo&el=embedded

are reproduced without problems
from this:

http://www.youtube.com/get_video_info?video_id=wLvHws3wzi0&el=vevo&el=embedded

not working
