Do children's content creators make money on YouTube?

I asked a similar question How do children's YouTube channels make money?
They answered me, in principle, obvious things, that, for example, all sorts of barbies, Lego and other things that shine in the video are brought to the authors, and then the children are asked to buy. YouTube ads don't run on "kids content", at least I haven't been able to see them in any videos tagged "kids content" and in the YouTube Kids app.
It turns out, I'm right, they don't earn. I'm talking about a topic that turns out to be dead in 2020. When they poured everyone there, well, what flew into the children, and they received money from YouTube from an affiliate program. Now everything like this falls under the "children's content" and is not manetized.
It turns out children's channels are dead? For example, here is a video, the person tells how he sawed the channels, well, look, it literally takes a couple of seconds to understand what kind of children's content I'm talking about. If YouTube determines that this is "children's content" then everything ends sadly.
They must have died, since they are talking about it. And I found his channels, the last time in the year 20 or even later uploaded a video. And if you don’t specify it yourself and YouTube doesn’t count, but it probably counts, then the topic is working

For reference, read what they write about the author of this video. I threw and bred, which ones to look for. And you already answered before. You pay for integrations, not ads. That is, you are paid for showing toys and labels on them in the frame. We agreed with the company to show kinder surprises in the frame for a certain price. And show them. You get money for this. And so with all the products that will be in your video.
In fact, children's channels are one big advertisement for all kinds of children's rubbish.

No, now it is impossible to directly earn on children's content.
You can have third-party groups / communities on the Internet in networks, share videos in them, and earn money there.
Although networks have their own characteristics, there may also be copyright laws, or simply blocking of some content, links, etc.
For example, FB / Insta will copyright block images from major manufacturers of toys or cartoons, films, etc.
This is what concerns YouTube and share from it.
But you can find other sites, although there may be restrictions.
