How to disable the Youtube app on a single tablet?

There is one annoying problem. The child just fell in love with the magic red button with an arrow on the tablet running Android. The installed YouTuze does not suit him, because they slow down and does not allow you to poke at everything until the cartoon ends. This is the problem. He knows that on the red arrow - more opportunities there too ... Well, I think about Miss Kitty and egg shakers with tons of kinders, you know. No matter how they hide the badge, he finds it. Attempts to disable the application do not lead to anything - it is installed again. Applications to hide icons Nova Launcher or Apex Launcher do not want to use because of their redundancy. Blocking on the router addresses: googlevideo.com and
ytimg.l.google.com helps, but, alas, then the video stops playing in the browser as well (and it’s necessary, but the browser hasn’t matured yet).
Perhaps other domain names can be used to block it in the application (Google is silent about them) or are there other applications that hide the icon?
PS: I would not want to root for the sake of deleting the stock application.
