Why can't dhcp work?

Good morning, I ran into the following problem: there is a Zyxel Keenetic II router available and automatic distribution of ip-addresses does not work for it, I can’t understand why, I reviewed the settings, everything works for clients exclusively from a manually registered ip-address (as with a local connection and via wifi), I also noticed such an unpleasant thing as packet loss when pinging something (always a loss of 25%, but it does not happen with every ping). What could be the problem and what could be the solutions, gentlemen?

wireshark with teeth and see what happens. My IMHO - it's in the router, tk. you have not one client and does not work for everyone.
How to treat a router
1. Reset settings, setting from 0
2. Flashing
3. In the trash

Google in the teeth first)) Then Varya Shark.
1. If the loss occurs only in the wafer, most likely there is an overlap of channels with neighboring points. Using simple Wifi analyzer applications, determine the least polluted channel. If switching to a free channel does not help, the router is in the furnace. 2. Try to reflash
the router with the latest firmware, by the way, sometimes it helps to change the firmware to a third-party one (dd\open-wrt)
only from the list of poppies) which was not indicated.
