Why can't connect to the server?

Access is correct. Other people connect without problems. I also connect to other projects without problems.
It's like something on my computer is blocking the connection to a certain server. Tried through the IDE and WinSCP and FileZilla. Plain FTP and SFTP, all to no avail.
There are no IP restrictions on hosting.

You can throw sticks at me, but I really regret that PS has an FTP connection. Stop it - have git + ssh or git + ci/cd

the text enclosed in quotes `` is executed and the result is returned to a variable ( php.net ), i.e. it's the same if you run this statement on the command line and then work with the result:
cat /tmp/thread = reads the file and redirects the text further
grep "var ipb_md5_check" = searches for all lines containing a substring and redirects further
cut - d '"' -f 2 = truncates something, this will be the result, which should go into the variable
