AWX Controlling windows machines via ssh gateway (winrm over ssh)?

There are a number of client networks that you want to steer from a single point, through AWX.
There are a number of limitations:
Addressing networks often overlap.
Point of presence at the client or linux or mikrotik
In addition to the multiple organization of tunnels through ssh / dnat to each of the client servers, nothing comes to mind.
Perhaps someone can suggest a better option.
