Why can't CMD run as administrator see the virtual drive connected by Denwer?

To run pear for the first time, you need admin privileges (create a file on Windows). When I start the console as an administrator, I come across this thing: cd and other commands do not see the disk (connected by Denver), which is visible in the next window (which is launched on behalf of an ordinary user). Screenshot attached. Question: how do you change the disk?
