How to make denwer a web server?

Good day to all!
The essence of the problem is this:
I'm trying to run a denwer virtual server on a Windows OS computer with all components (PHP, MySQL, etc.). There is a stat. IP address (bought from the provider), there is a domain name (from the no-ip resource), addressing is indicated in the site folder in the .htaccess file. Checked on in System32 in hosts after restarting the server, the ip and domain data are registered.
Before the global network, there are two dlink and huawei routers (mgts the Internet comes to it), forwarded the ports to the PC, indicated the local static ip, the interyet works, everything seems to be fine with this too.
But it seems to me that the problem is in port 80, MGTS blocks them, and the PC through cmd netstat -aon does not indicate which processes the 80th port is busy with.
When I enter the domain name in the browser, I am redirected to the MGTS router, my stat is indicated in the address bar through a colon. IP and port 80.
Where am I wrong? And what is missing so that the global network can access the site?

Denver is the web server. make the site name match the name of the computer or IP of the cop and you will have access. The problem may be that Apache is not configured to access from the outside.
By default, the local address 127.0.0.1 is indicated there;
